highlights from the tradeshow floor - ice
...from the Special Event Show trade show Ice Caters showcased their new products for the year - the hottest being their large round ice balls. Bar tenders love them because they don't dilute a drink the way a typical ice cube would. They keep drinks colder, longer. And, they look great in a glass. I haven't tried one of these out yet, but...
